Job Title: Fabricator

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Fabricator with proficiency in MIG welding and familiarity with TIG welding. The ideal candidate will be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints to fabricate custom machines, motors, generators, and more according to specific customer requests. Responsibilities include setting up welding equipment for projects, working with mostly hot rolled steel, and ensuring high-quality fabrication that meets customer needs.

Work Environment

This role requires steel-toed boots and personal welding helmets. The work culture is laid-back yet goal-oriented, focusing on customer satisfaction in a busy custom machine shop environment. The team consists of about 30 members, promoting frequent collaboration. The position is on the 1st shift with semi-flexible start times.
