The Facilities and Maintenance Specialist is responsible for general maintenance and various daily tasks to proactively maintain all Veridian facilities. The position creates and maintains relationships with contracted facilities-related vendors.
- Inspect all facilities on a regular basis to ensure all building systems and operations are working efficiently.
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry duties as required.
- Oversee all contracted personnel in the repair and maintenance of every facet of each buildings operation.
- Assist Manager of Facilities in coordination of building and remodeling projects.
- Act as liaison for janitorial services at all credit union offices.
- Responsible for lawn care and/or sub-contracting of lawn care at all applicable credit union offices.
- Responsible for snow removal and/or sub-contracting of snow removal at all applicable credit union offices.
- Assist with the set up for credit union related meetings as needed.
- Responsible for pickup/delivery of facilities related materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
