The pay starts at $20.00 / hour paid WEEKLY with DailyPay options! Benefits available for Full Time positions.

Allied Universal® is hiring a Manager - Field Supervision. The Manager, Field Supervision is dedicated to ensuring the highest level of productivity and quality of work performed by a team of Field Supervisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Selection and placement of Field Supervisor staff; design and implement career development as well as performance improvement plans

  • Assign the post locations to Field Supervisors for inspection; review Field Supervisor reports on the performance of on-duty Security Professionals; ensure appropriate staffing level to achieve goals

  • Address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes, or company information, adjust schedules as needed

  • Develop post inspection plans to ensure professionalism and quality standards are being maintained; post inspections also include checking that Post Orders and all other post and training information is being properly maintained and updated, and that the Post is being properly maintained, cleaned, and organized

  • Ensure Field Supervisors conduct on-the-job training, in coordination with site or branch leadership, of new employees assigned to post, or when changes to post orders are made; this may include orientation to the post, review of post orders, routine responsibilities, and how to respond to emergency situations or specific client needs

  • Identify any personnel problems occurring at posts, such as payroll issues, employee relations complaints or other concerns, and forward any such issues to Branch Manager and/or Regional Human Resource team; ensure record-keeping/documentation of employee concerns; assist with investigations as needed

  • Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise, including ensuring appropriate communication to Branch Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Current Driver’s License if driving a company or client-owned vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of performing duties

  • Minimum of three (3) years of law enforcement, military, security, or other protective service-related experience

  • Knowledgeable and experienced with physical security, security principals, investigative processes, report preparation and interviewing

  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

  • Demonstrated ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, and vendors

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and security reporting database software

  • Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiating skills

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive documents and information with a high-level of discretion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Criminal Justice

  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification

  • Prior security-related management experience in a multi-location environment
