Responsibilities
Track employee timecard policies and issues discipline if warranted.
Understand and interpret collective bargaining agreements for hourly and salaried unionemployees, ensuring payroll practices align with contractual obligations.
Manage and oversee the weekly, end-to-end payroll processing cycle
Utilize UKG Pro and UKG WFM products effectively to streamline payroll processes,troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements as needed.
Participate in regular audits to validate payroll and benefits data accuracy and generatereports for management review and decision-making. Perform research projects related to grievances,arbitrations, and federal and state litigation.
