We are seeking a Sr Materials Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in the successful execution of our customer projects. As a Sr Material Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of tasks, including purchase requisitions entry, invoice processing, collaborating with project teams and various departments, and assisting in project closeouts. This role also lends global expertise for CORA/SAP usage/management across Product Support. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and project teams will be key to ensuring the smooth flow of project operations. Responsibilities

  • Support Equipment and Engineering Project Managers/Teams for Material Analysts tasks across all product lines

  • Point of contact for Project Managers and PMO for Material Analyst staffing assignments

  • Oversee Purchase Requisition and Goods Receipt input

  • Process Freight Log, Storage Invoices and Project Closeouts

  • Project Team Point of Contact to collaborate with Accounts payables/receivables (invoice tracking), Procurement, and vendor when vendor payment issues arise.

  • Collaborate with Project team to adjust PR value with vendor change orders

  • Support PCO group (warranty networks, change order updates, etc.)

  • Support Field Services Department

  • Metrics Reporting (OTTR, PPM, COPQ, PR/GR, Freight, Project Closures, Shipping/Expediting, Weekly Billability Report); Financial Reporting

  • Product Support CORA/SAP expert; CORA Resource Manager

Must Have

  • High School Diploma

  • Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems, preferably SAP and CORA.

  • 5+ years of related experience

  • 3+ years supervisory experience

We Value

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Understanding of ERP/MRP functionality, Inventory Planning/Management strategies, and Engineering Change management processes and methodologies

  • Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, as well as materials planning

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
