Essential functions (job duties):
-Research publications
-Identifying a mental health stigma scale in first responders
-Identifying barriers to accessing mental health care in first responders
-Change in perception of mental health among targeted first responders
-Bolstering the peer support services for first responders
-Bring about policy changes for better mental health care for first responders
Unique duties:
Qualifications:
-PhD in Psychiatry or related filed. PhD in Psychotraumatology prefered
-Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) ICISF
-Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) ICISF
-Conducting Research with Survivors of Extreme Violence
-Psychological First-Aid (PFA)
-Conflict Transformation Trainer
