Assist with job tracking of work orders, change orders, requests for information, field modifications and other items as required. Assist Project Manager in construction planning, interpretation of drawings specifications, contract, and application of construction methods. Visit worksite daily to create daily progress reports and maintain record log for all RFI's and design conflicts. Review shop drawings and equipment specifications. Assist in developing, updating, and monitoring project schedules. Maintain the project standards by complying with specifications. Create submittals for material approvals. Verify test results for strength of materials such as concrete, soil, asphalt, reinforcement, etc. Maintain all records of submittals logs, materials logs, time sheets and labor sheets and create back-up files on the server and Procore. Assist and verify quantities of work performed and develop monthly invoices through Procore software. Ensure the site follows safety regulations per OSHA. Coordinate between PM and Safety Manager if there are any non-compliance issues on the site. Assist in reviewing subcontractors and suppliers invoicing. Acquire and process project close-out documentation. Assist in completing Estimate to Complete (ETC) for financial tracking purposes. Will be supervised by a licensed Professional Engineer. Will work with Microsoft Office and Primavera. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience required. Worksite: Detroit, MI. 30-40% of worktime requires domestic travel to project sites. Telecommuting nay be available depending on project.
