Dealer Operations Work Lead The Dealer Operations Work Leader is responsible for monitoring and supporting all day-to-day activities supporting the dealer floor plan financing operations in association with the commercial product offerings within all designated commercial bank business lines on a national platform. These activities include all operations functional responsibilities, including participation portfolio processing, customer, business line inquiries and resolutions. This position is responsible to ensure all service levels are met, processing is performed successfully, assignment and tracking the work and act as a back up to the compliance and operations support functions. Position Responsibilities: Execute and drive operational excellence -- Manage and support all day-to-day activities supporting the Dealer Floor Plan Financing Operations. * Manage the daily service processes using KPMs / MROs and SLAs. * Manage required maintenance and oversight of the financial processing and systems updates for payments and fees. * Oversight of safekeeping for Executive authorized wire documents service. * Review and assess service deficiencies by identifying process opportunities. * Effectively assign and manage the flow of work items in the Whole Sale Intelligence system (Wi) and/or group email box. * Ensure work assignments are completed within established service level standards for timeliness and quality. * Serve as key escalation point for service disruption. Enhance the Experience * Maintain and continually Improve business partner service and customer experience satisfaction for services delivered. * Answer clearly and concisely all email and phone inquiries within established service levels. * Meet with key clients and customers when assistance is requested. Risk Management * Ensure compliance with all respective regulatory requirements and guidelines. * Ensure all activities are completed according to established policy and procedures. * Ensure adherence to all customer authentication and release of sensitive information policies and procedures in hybrid/remote working environment.

Position Qualifications: * Associate degree, or 5 Years of experience in Financial Services or Commercial Lending * 3 years of experience with Commercial Lending knowledge including lending documentation * 3 years of experience in commercial lending systems * 3 years of experience with accounting and balancing * 3 years of experience in Customer service and resolution handling

Comerica Bank Center (CBC) 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday (This position offers a hybrid work model that includes onsite and remote days as determined by the manager.)
