*Position Summary: *The Single-Family Preservation ("SFP") Intake Specialist is responsible for providing support to multiple SFP home repair and rehab programs on all aspects of intake duties.

 

The Intake Specialist identifies key eligibility requirements, enters, and monitors proper data systems, and prioritizes tasks per program guidelines and regulations. 

 

In this role, the Intake Specialist enrolls qualified clients in leveraged programs and partakes in call center responsibilities and communicates status and details-of-program-functions to the applicant. The Intake Specialist will be accountable for assisting suitable applicants in completion of their SFP applications, from providing the application to the client to the appropriate approval stages, to submitting it to the appropriate program team member.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

In this role, you will:

  • Greet new and existing customers over the phone, answering general questions and navigating customer concerns.
  • Assist with the review of applications for approval and data entry.
  • Submit client application to the appropriate SFP funding sources.
  • Use data programs to identify and update required applicant information.
  • Participate in file management, pre/post job finalization as needed.
  • Participate in call center for Single Family Preservation Department.
  • Participate in program meetings to stay up to date on program requirements.
  • Document all relevant information when interacting with clients, including required, regular communications, in the CRM database.
  • Communicate regularly with the SFP team, sharing client information as needed and participating in regular meetings.
  • Guarantee precision in data entry, ensuring information is captured correctly and efficiently.
  • In keeping the client your priority, offer frequent feedback and strategies on processes and service to your supervisor.
  • Executes Quality Assurance tasks as designated, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
