Operation and maintenance of front end wheel loaders and other yard duties as assigned. Could be working at concrete batch plants in Dickinson, Killdeer or Beach, ND. Duties and Responsibilities will include: Safely and efficiently operating a front end loader to perform various tasks including: filling aggregate bins at concrete batch plants, loading trucks, stockpiling materials, moving snow. Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to start-up and post-shift inspections prior to parking equipment at the end of the day. Perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair and service equipment as required or directed by the shop foreman. Perform general housekeeping duties pertaining to the equipment and to DRM yard on a daily basis or as directed by the operations supervisor. Operating or assisting with the operation of a sand dryer used for drying and heating aggregate in the DRM yard. Transferring cement from portable storage trailers into cement silos at concrete batch plants. Some lifting and using a shovel to move material could be required. Perform all duties within safety guidelines established by State and Federal Regulation as well as Company Policy. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid Class D driver's license and a good driving record. Must be a team player amd must be able to work well with other employees. Must have a basic mechanical background and be able to perform routine maintenance on the equipment. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Full time, Seasonal, Hourly position with the possibility of becoming year round. $22/hr and up, depending upon experience and qualifications. Full company benefit package and housing to be discussed at the interview
