Emerson Customer Administrator in DIEGEM, Belgium

As the Customer Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, to process complex orders, to responds to customer requests and questions regarding technical topics or large service, products and accounts and also analyze and consider customer concerns using established procedures.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Handles tasks of all division products, independently. Including complex tasks like projects

  • Is responsible for incoming orders delivered on time and according to specification

  • Provides full administration of the contracts, so other departments can build on this

  • Maintain functional contacts with supervisors, managers, internal departments, with internal suppliers and customers related to produced proposals

  • Build and manage relationships with international back offices

  • Regularly updates in sales administration tools

  • Performs in accordance with the relevant Emerson procedures like ethics and trade compliance

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • At least 3-4 years proven experience in Customer Administration

  • Administration degree (MBO-4 level) or equivalent level in related field

  • Verbal and written communication skills proficient in Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Sophisticated level of telephone and complaints handling skills

  • Computer Literate (MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel)

  • Familiar with Emerson divisions and products
