For our Structural Heart Division, we are recruiting an Omnichannel/ digital expert to be based in our EMEA HQ in Diegem, Belgium.
As an Omnichannel/digital expert, you support the structural heart marketing team with the development and execution of digital platforms and omnichannel marketing and programs across EMEA to ensure the growth and development of the structural heart division with online campaigns, social media content, virtual meetings, and digital projects to drive business results.
Role and Responsibilities:
Optimize and differentiate our digital platforms and omnichannel touchpoints to achieve maximum business impact and reinforcing the perception of the Abbott structural heart division as leader in the market
Execute omnichannel strategy and plan on EMEA and regional level
Work in close cooperation with Countries/Regions to ensure optimal implementation and alignment of our omnichannel and referral strategy to achieve business objectives
Leverage new technologies to deliver tools and programs internally and externally to the medical community
Execute referral & implanter programs and tools through external agencies and partners
Aim to increase general disease and therapy awareness with targeted omnichannel activities/campaigns/channels
Manage project status and budget
Develop, evaluate, and oversee the implementation internal procedures and workflow
Your Profile:
Master's degree in Communications, marketing/science, or business-related field
Minimum of 10 years marketing and digital communications experience , preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry in an international environment
Experience with content management systems and campaign management tools
Proven digital communication expertise and understanding of CRM tools in a healthcare environment
Analytical, creative, and operational Marketing skills
Strong project Management skills
Ability to translate omnichannel and referral strategies into tactical plans to drive results
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks through prioritization to meet short deadlines in an environment of competing priorities
Communication and influencing skills, team player
Creative out of the box thinking, driven by continuous improvement
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
Fluent in English (written and verbal), and at least one additional European language
