Description and Requirements

This position is required to keep support on LA (Latin America) One Lenovo Transformation Management and engage LA team on new processes, enhancements on actual activities and Strategic Projects of the company.

The best candidate for this position can be any country in Latin America

Description:

Project Manager to be part of ISO LA Business Development organization, responsible to standardizes the governance process related to the project and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, and techniques.

R&R:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, problem solving attitude and good communication.

  • Adapt to changes.

  • Ability to deal with C-Level.

  • Responsible for assembling and lead project teams.

  • Clearly communicate roles, expectations, and responsibilities to team members.

  • Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.

  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, team members, and other relevant parties.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, C-level and all stakeholders.

  • Identify and manage issues and conflicts, bringing the team to an unique decision.

  • Ensure a smooth project closure, including documentation and knowledge transfer.

  • Conduct project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Spanish and English (Mandatory)

  • Agile Project Experiences is differential.

  • Project Management academic fundamentals is a must;
