Participants in our program receive one-on-one mentorship while working alongside members of our Human Resources, Operations (Supply Chain), Merchandising, Design, Creative, Inventory Planning, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Finance, Global Sourcing and Technical Design teams to complete initiatives that are key to our business success. You will learn to research and identify opportunities, perform business analysis, develop strategies and present your findings to senior leadership. You will quickly come to appreciate the complexities of growing a global, multi-channel retailer. As part of the experience you will focus on key projects for the department which may include Departmental workflow and operational functionality optimization, Multi DC inventory, workload and employee resource balance. You will be involved in key projects that will support future business decisions. You will communicate with operations leaders and cross-functional business partners to understand the development and internal decision-making processes.
