JOB REQUIREMENTS: DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Senior
Sustainability Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving
our sustainability initiatives across the entire product lifecycle,
ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of environmental
and social responsibility, while advancing our commitment to
environmental and social responsibility across our supply chain. This
position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of
sustainable practices in the textile and retail apparel industry, as
well as strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams towards
our sustainability goals. * Develop and implement a comprehensive
product sustainability strategy aligned with the company\'s overall
sustainability goals. * Actively participate in Lands\' End\'s ESG
committee and collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute a
comprehensive ESG strategy. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to integrate sustainability principles into product development,
sourcing, and manufacturing processes. * Assess and monitor suppliers\'
sustainability performance, implementing measures to ensure compliance
with ethical and environmental standards, leveraging the Higg FEM and
FSLM modules. * Partner with raw materials and design teams to evaluate
and select sustainable materials and processes, promoting circular
economy principles. * Build and maintain strong relationships with
internal stakeholders, including design, product development/sourcing,
raw materials, and marketing teams to embed sustainable practices into
every stage of the product life cycle. * Develop and manage
sustainability performance metrics for products, tracking key indicators
such as carbon footprint, water usage, and waste reduction to benchmark
progress and provide relevant information for annual corporate
sustainability report. * Ensure Lands\' End\'s organizational
memberships, commitments, and certifications are in good standing and
improving annually, to include but not limited to the SAC, Ecovadis,

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED SKILLS: Product Development
Essential Skills * Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Sustainability,
Environmental Science, Business, or a related field. * Proven
experience (5-8 years) in product sustainability management, preferably
in the retail apparel industry. * In-depth knowledge of sustainable
materials, supply chain processes, global sustainability standards,
certifications, and industry best practices. * Strong project
management skills with a track record of successful sustainability
initiatives. * Familiarity with supply chain management and experience
in working with global suppliers. * Passion for sustainability and a
commitment to driving positive change in the fashion industry.
