In your role, you will
• Work in a Catia V5 computer system to identify the needs for tools and parts for the manufacture of templates (drawings established by the engineering/method departments)• Request parts from the purchasing department• Operate conventional and CNC lathes/milling machines (Hyundai WIA).• Operate press brakes, saws and drills to transform raw materials.• Assemble the template parts and install them• Use a CMM inspection machine
As our ideal candidate
• DEC Mechanical Engineering•OR• DEP Machining + ASP Tools•OR• DEP Machining + 3 years of experience in tools• Basic knowledge of tolerances and GD&T• For CNCs, the ability to do simple programming (mastercam) will be an important asset• Working knowledge of Tracker Lazer and Polyworks system (an asset)
