What You’ll Be Doing:As a Lead Warehouse Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth operations in our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the Team:Guide and mentor a team of Warehouse Associates, ensuring efficient and accurate order preparation.
Order Fulfillment:Oversee the picking and packing of snacks, candy, drinks, and other products to be delivered to our customers.
Inventory Management:Keep a close eye on inventory levels, ensuring products are properly stored, rotated, and accounted for.
Operational Excellence:Implement and uphold warehouse standards, including safety protocols, cleanliness, and productivity targets.
Problem Solving:Be ready to tackle challenges head-on, whether it’s a last-minute order or an unexpected stock issue.
Customer Focus:Ensure that every order is packed with care and accuracy, helping us continue to exceed customer expectations.
