Maintenance Planner

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Planner to join our team in Dover, Delaware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of our facility. This role is crucial in minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity by ensuring all equipment and machinery are well-maintained and functioning optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and work orders.
Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.
Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and tools, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
Conduct inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track and manage maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
Several years of experience in a maintenance-related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CMMS and other maintenance-related software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance planning.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
