- Performs repairs, diagnostics, and maintains a variety of small
engine equipment, including commercial grade lawnmowers, batwing
mowers, bush hogs, string trimmers, edgers, chainsaws, and
generators, etc.
- Maintains accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and maintenance
schedules.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and fuel system
issues.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble engines and related components.
- Maintains an inventory of parts and supplies, orders replacements as
required and keeps records of items purchased.
- Maintains seasonal equipment, changing equipment over and
winterizing as required.
- Performs fabrication and welding to repair equipment.
- Answers off-site service calls.
- Attends to the needs or requests of people and exchanges information
with them.
- Performs semi-routine work following procedures, with occasional
problems require normal attention for accurate results.
