This position would be for 1039 hours (6 months) and will operate heavy power equipment such as zero turn lawn mowers, chain saws (if certified), brush cutters, string trimmers, brush chippers, portable leaf blowers, and all types of hand and light power tools (such as shovels, picks, digging bars, rakes, lawn edging equipment, electric drills etc.), to maintain buildings, grounds, roads, trails, etc. Performs janitorial duties for buildings and grounds when required. Work will be mainly outside and require lots of work in the hot of the Tennessee summers while operating zero turns and using push mowers and string trimmers to trim historic earthworks and other projects. Must possess a Valid Drivers license.
