Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is hiring for a Coding Specialist /Health Information Management (HIM) Technician. This is a full-time Monday - Friday position offering great pay and benefits.
In this position you will:
Ensure up-to-date rules and conventions are utilized when coding to ensure all appropriate diagnoses and procedures are coded.
Be responsible for ICD-10 coding efforts in the Health Information Management department.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of medical records, recording and maintaining accurate data relating to patient admissions, discharges and transfers, and confidential compliant release of information.

Qualifications
Previous clinical coding experience in healthcare field preferred.
Behavioral Health expeience preferred.
Ability to organize, multi-task and attend to details with extreme accuracy necessary.
Experience with 3M Encoding software and familiarity with common office machines and standard software applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
