Configuration Manager Grooming and Beauty – Philips - Drachten
Safeguard completeness and proper change management on essential product documentation (DMR) and help us as expert on Configuration Management.
Your role:
With maintaining the product documentation of our propositions you ensure a proper data flow from our innovation department to our factories and suppliers, making sure to delight our customers. Furthermore, you will play a big role in the roll out of configuration management as system expert.
In this highly collaborative role, you will work with R&D teams, our factories, and suppliers around the world. You will help all functions within the product development process on the DMR (Engineering BOM) and Change Management Process.
You will play an important role in setting the requirements, rolling out and maintaining of our configuration setup from IT with keeping focus on the end user of the tools.
You're the right fit if:
You have 5+ years of experience in a technical, developmental or production environment of mass-produced goods.
Your skills include the ability to work with the standard office software. Knowledge of Windchill or another PLM tool is highly regarded, if not, you are able to learn and understand this highly complicated PLM tool.
You are capable to see the bigger IT picture and understand the interactions between all IT systems from MBSE to Configuration Management.
Education: Bachelor degree in business administration, IT Computing Science, or an Engineering related education.
You are a good communicator in speech and writing in English.
You like working on complex requests and like to solve them in a computational way before updating in Windchill.
You like to perform nitty gritty data management and can switch quickly between inner focus when processing the complex changes, and outer attention when interacting with the development teams.
