What to Expect
Responsible
for supervising the payroll operation team processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll
as well as managing his/her own payroll-processing duties for approximately 80,000
employees within US, Mexico, India, Chile, and Canada. Performs duties that require an understanding
of company payroll policies and procedures with a strong level of customer
service.

Payroll

evolving and demanding environment. The Payroll Manager is critical to
meeting business demands by ensuring that we produce correct and timely payment
and services for our employees.
What You'll Do
- Supervise
a team that is responsible for processing a multi-state payroll for salaried
and hourly, full time and part time employees ensuring the accuracy of data
entry along with coordinating timely close of the payroll transmission
- Assist
in process efficiencies projects and overtime control
- Assist
the Sr. Payroll Manager with the process and review all payroll related
interfaces
- Create
pay data batches, verify, and reconcile wages and hours from various
applications. Calculate timecards when needed
- System
maintenance, including, but not limited to new hire set up, taxes forms
processing, local taxes, timekeeping input, direct deposit set up, benefits set
up, terminations, garnishments processing and employee verifications of
employments
- Review
the calculation and process off-cycle manual checks
- Review
the process of new hires, leave of absence, and terminations according to state
law
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's
Degree in Accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum
5+ years recent hands-on leadership experience
- Global
payroll supervision experience required
- Proficient
with metrics, development, monitoring and delivering
- Proficient
using data analytics, and extremely technical with analyzing data to solve
problems
- Must
have working knowledge of Ultipro and Kronos
- High
level understanding of systems and interfaces
