Leaders of Tomorrow, Dubai Holding Graduate Programme has a vacancy for a Senior Executive – Information Technology reporting to the Information Technology Lead at our prestigious global brand Dubai Holding Hospitality - Jumeirah. The role holder will support smooth functioning of daily operations of the Information Technology department. Ensure all systems and applications are running smoothly thus enabling all departments and functions to perform their relevant tasks associated with system with easy, efficiency and accuracy.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support in managing and overseeing the smooth functioning of computer networks, including troubleshooting problems when they occur.

  • Assist IT Lead in smooth functioning of the department operations.

  • Support in managing the upkeep of the servers & interfaces.

  • Ensure trouble free and efficient operations of the PMS system and Restaurant POS system.

  • Assist IT Lead in maintaining accurate records of all the maintenance contracts of both IT & AV and their timely renewal.

  • Assist in testing and launch of software applications and their upgrades. Overlooking change/upgrade of hardware requests as applicable.

  • Assist IT lead in the preparation of the AV quotes and pricing for all AV requirements for C&I events.

  • Assist the IT Lead in achieving the department’s goals and objectives by supporting the implementation and execution of projects.

  • Organize meetings as required by IT lead and handles communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ensure adequate staffing is available on daily basis by preparing and managing the departmental Rota thus planning, coordinating and prioritizing workload.

  • Oversee the inventory of all the assets of IT & AV and ensure that they are properly maintained and updated at regular intervals.

Who we are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above (or equivalent).

  • Maximum 1-year has surpassed since graduation year date.

  • Completion or exemption of UAE National Service (if applicable).

  • Previous internship/training experience is preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and proficiently in English.

  • Involvement in extra-curricular activities or community initiatives during university.

Education / Professional Certifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline or Information Technology related degree.
