For the Good of Tomorrow

Leaders of Tomorrow, Dubai Holding Graduate Programme has a vacancy for a Senior Executive – Information Technology (IT) Business Systems reporting to the Functional Lead at our business company Dubai Holding Entertainment. The role holder will be accountable for accomplishing the designated tasks and leveraging the chance to acquire and enhance their skills within the assigned business area. This will be achieved through on-the-job training, peer coaching, mentoring, and/or shadowing experienced team members, following the agreed-upon graduate training plan.

Key Accountabilities:

Technical

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business systems, identifying areas for improvement and integration with new technologies.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to business requirements.

Functional

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.

  • Oversee system implementation, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing ongoing support and training.

  • Monitor system performance, proposing recommendations for system enhancements based on user feedback and technological advancements.

Who we are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above (or equivalent).

  • Maximum 1-year has surpassed since graduation year date.

  • Completion or exemption of UAE National Service (if applicable).

  • Previous internship/training experience is preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and proficiently in English.

  • Involvement in extra-curricular activities or community initiatives during university.

Education / Professional Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Understanding of business processes and system development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Proficiency in database management and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
