About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager to join our D-Marin team at Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Lead recruitment, engagement, payroll team and action hands on
To assist to develop an annual HR strategy that that meets the commercial goals in line with the company Top 5 and the Regional HR strategy
To continuously develop streamlined HR practices
To assist in organizational design and productivity
Through clear HR Metrics and customer feedback continuously review the HR Service level provided across and make necessary improvements.
Ensuring the effective implementation and administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated Company objectives and UAE legislation requirements.
To train & develop Employee relations related training
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources department
Computer literate and advanced knowledge of the following software; Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point
Able to multi-task
Good English both spoken and written
Team management skills
Able to keep confidentiality when required
Good decision making skills
