About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager to join our D-Marin team at Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Lead recruitment, engagement, payroll team and action hands on

  • To assist to develop an annual HR strategy that that meets the commercial goals in line with the company Top 5 and the Regional HR strategy

  • To continuously develop streamlined HR practices

  • To assist in organizational design and productivity

  • Through clear HR Metrics and customer feedback continuously review the HR Service level provided across and make necessary improvements.

  • Ensuring the effective implementation and administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated Company objectives and UAE legislation requirements.

  • To train & develop Employee relations related training

  • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources department

  • Computer literate and advanced knowledge of the following software; Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point

  • Able to multi-task

  • Good English both spoken and written

  • Team management skills

  • Able to keep confidentiality when required

  • Good decision making skills
