As Inside Sales and Support Manager, your focus is to Manage a team of 4 ISS who provide technical quotations and drive aftermarket sales in the MEA region. You will manage your team by collaborating on their Performance and Development for Growth, Set the strategy for consumable growth for MEA through standard work and VES tools. You will set targets for the team in correlation with the growth target of the region and report the initiatives and results in monthly and weekly meetings with the rest of the organization. Your role involves collaborating with the sales team and leveraging your team technical expertise to contribute to the overall success of the inside sales process.

This position is part of the Hach MEA team located in Dubai UAE and will be on-site

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Supervise the technical and applications sales questions from customers and make sure your team provides prompt, accurate answers liaising with Technical Support Team.

  • Supervise the team processing quotations for Key Accounts and project businesses in MENA region and logging opportunities in SFDC

  • Engage in department key performance indicators (KPIs) through visual management, and countermeasures where appropriate.

  • Be a power user for Salesforce.com and Salesforce communities.

  • Drive aftermarket/Installed base management sales in the region.

  • Manage and follow up on bowler and KPI for the Backoffice Sales support as quotation for Projects and Key accounts, including the OTD of elaborated quotes

  • Manage your team through Performance and Development for growth.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and/or sales experiences in the Water Industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required (Water, Process, Chemical or Environmental Sciences)

  • Languages: English proficiency a must. Knowledge of the French and Arabic languages is advantageous

  • Knowledge of the operation of plants and or laboratories, water testing requirements and procedures, and water control regulations that apply to plants

  • Ability to create, innovate and propose new initiatives to drive the growth
