About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Team Leader to join the team of Talise Spa in Jumeirah Al Qasr . The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Address guest complaints effectively and professionally and report any issues promptly to the senior management.

  • Evaluate operational procedures and suggest enhancements to the Spa Manager.

  • Schedule team members efficiently and effectively.

  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping Department to establish and maintain daily cleaning schedules.

  • Actively participate in company-provided training sessions and identify training needs based on the performance of the team members.

  • Provide administrative support to spa departments as required.

  • Assist and actively participate in the smooth reception, hosting, and reservation operations.

  • Conduct spa tours when necessary.

  • Attend promotional events as needed and coordinate sales activities as required.

  • Assist in inventory management and stocking of reception materials.

  • Act as a liaison between the spa and internal and external contacts.

  • Conduct monthly audits on reservations and Guest Service Experiences as well as on LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and Forbes Travel Guide Standards.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills..

  • Proficient in English and a second language (Russian, Spanish, German, Arabic or French) would be an added advantage.

  • Candidates should ideally have at least 3 years of experience as a spa receptionist, or alternatively, 1 year of experience as a spa team leader or in front desk operations, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
