Snap Inc. Vertical Lead - CPG in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a Vertical Lead to join Snap Inc.’s CPG team. You'll drive revenue by building and managing strategic partnerships with brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presence on Snapchat. As part of the MENA team, you will be expected to engage with senior stakeholders across CPG advertisers and their respective agencies and collaborate with cross functional teams to build meaningful solutions that generate revenue for the business.

What You'll Do

  • Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of CPG businesses

  • Develop a deep understanding of the CPG industry as well as our CPG partners’ business to develop advertising strategies and solutions that materializes in revenue

  • Develop strategic insights, highlight opportunities, and provide basic reporting on performance in the vertical

  • Engage with senior CPG stakeholders and present business and brand impacting solutions that are relevant to their objectives

  • Work closely with Marketing Science, Creative Strategy, and product marketing teams to ensure the appropriate solutions are shared with our CPG partners

  • Help our CPG advertisers understand the power of Snapchat for both their brand building and direct response activities

  • Have a point of view on the state of the industry and an understanding of the current communication opportunities for advertisers

  • Own and drive senior relationships across the book of business with the support of the sales manager

  • Maintain deep expertise on Snapchat products and developments and leverage that understanding to identify cross-selling opportunities relevant to CPG advertisers’ business goals

  • Ensure that CPG advertisers and their agencies receive the best level of support to execute on their partnership with Snapchat.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred

  • 8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers at CPG clients and their agencies

  • Proven track record of growing top to bottom relationships

  • Understanding of CPG marketing whether on the tech platform side, agency side, or advertiser side.

  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • A team player and collaborator

  • Passion for Snapchat, marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
