Your responsibilities:

▪ Overseeing a portfolio of UKG one view implementations.

▪ Delivery of your project portfolio while managing UKG oneview schedule and cost requirements

▪ Line Management of Project Managers in your Portfolio including training, mentoring, and guiding Project Managers on their projects. Building relationships and effective communications for customer focused delivery

▪ Ensuring Project Managers deliver a first-class customer experience during the Onboarding process – guiding customers through the processes and to help with their understanding of the transformation

▪ Oversee the development of project plans to deliver more complex implementations involving UKG Pro suite as well as external vendors that contribute to oneview implementation.

▪ Ensure adherence to the UKG OneView Methodology, standards and PM practices on their Project Portfolio.

▪ Running Project Steer Co’s and ensuring governance is adhered to.

▪ Support on project escalations, assisting Project Managers with troubleshooting

▪ Escalating project issues to the Onboarding Director and any relevant OneView Stakeholders

▪ Working with the Onboarding management, PMO and the wider oneview team as needed to ensure on-time delivery, quality handovers and ensuring customer confidence

▪ Fostering a supportive and open culture, asking questions, creativity, to drive innovation and great customer experience

▪ Support on process and methodology development/continuous improvement as needed as part of the ongoing evolution and growth

▪ Collaboration across the Onboarding teams (PMO, one view Consultants) to find efficiencies and improvements in Onboarding Processes and ways of working

▪ Collaboration with colleagues across the organization including Commercial, Solution Architecture, Integrations, Product, Operations, Customer Success etc.

Qualifications

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial environment as a Project or Programme Manager

• Certified PM Professional

• Graduate or Postgraduate with a minimum of a 2.1 degree in business or technology field

• Previous experience managing a team. Great at building relationships, mentoring and building resiliance and trust within your team

• Excellent interpersonal skills – compassionate and empathic, honest and clear in direction and feedback

• Proven ability to act as a leader in business transformation projects

• Strong exposure to software and service delivery, knowledge, and experience of project methodologies such as agile and waterfall

• Proven track record in best in class customer service communications and project delivery

• Knowledge of HCM, global mobility and the international payroll space

Desired Skills / Core Competencies:

• First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities, at senior executive level

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent attention to detail and time and workload management skills

• Must be motivated, professional, work on own initiative, with the capacity to be a versatile team player - flexible, proactive and pragmatic

• Experience delivering and end to end service implementation for customer transformation projects

• Experience of working with Sales, Delivery and Operational Teams

• Experience in process development and improvement

• Experience in payroll is an advantage
