We are seeking a highly motivated and driven working student to join our marketing team as a Marketing and Campaign Management Assistant. This role will involve supporting demand generation activities, creating engaging campaign assets, and contributing creative ideas for various marketing initiatives. Ideally, the candidate will have a scientific background and a strong affinity for marketing and media. Excellent language skills in English are essential for this role.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation activities to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging campaign assets, including social media posts, emails, blogs, and other marketing collateral.

  • Conduct research and provide insights into target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing channels.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media.

    The essential requirements of the job include (education and/or experience in years):

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field. Preferably with a scientific background or a deep interest in scientific topics.

  • First experience in drafting engaging and persuasive content for social media, emails, blogs, and other marketing assets is beneficial. Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh ideas for campaign development.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail combined with the ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

    The essential requirements of the job - knowledge and skills:

  • Ability to work in a team environment and across an organization to drive results. Must be sensitive to multicultural environments.

  • Enthusiasm, strong interpersonal and motivational skills; scalable to future assignments.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. A second language proficiency is beneficial
