  • Build relationships with key employees among customers of Logistics Team at our company.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and in sights, utilizing statistical techniques and data visualization tools for effective presentation of findings.
  • Develop innovative and practical solutions by analyzing client requirements and business challenges, creating comprehensive plans, strategies, and recommendations to maximize profits and address client needs
  • Prepare professional presentations and reports by synthesizing data analysis and findings, delivering clear and concise communication of complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize innovative business models and methodologies to solve real-world problems, collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and cost savings.
  • Assist project managers in maintaining client relations and providing key support in supply chain monitoring and customer order cycle forecasting to ensure alignment with vendor commitments.
  • Facilitate coordination and collaboration of the stakeholders of each logistics, transportation, or consulting project, in support of supply chain execution from pre-order to delivery including, but not limited to, forecasting, planning, design, placement, and delivery/licensing methodology.
  • Stay educated on the logistics and transportation services to explain and address the customers concerns and questions.
  • Support marketing and sales by consulting with prospects and customers in implementation as needed.
  • Handle customer disputes, assessing consumer needs, and developing better customer sup-port processes.
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and report them to Logistics Manager and upon authorization, escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in research and usability, applying relevant methodologies and techniques to enhance client operations and develop new business opportunities.

  • Job Requirement:a Bachelor's or Equivalent degree in public relations, hospitality management, cognitive science, or a related major.
