From the morning pick up to the afternoon drop offs, job coaches spend their day in a mentor role assuring that people have autonomy in their own success. Job Coach (DSP) Job Overview: The Job Coach position includes direct support activities such as on-the-job guidance, building skills through volunteer opportunities, resume development, and interview preparedness for the people we serve. Job coaches receive extensive on-the-job and classroom training and have the support of a strong and knowledgeable supervisory staff.
