In this job you will:
Supervise and train maintenance employees.
Evaluate and recommend necessary changes and updates to technical equipment and procedures.
Plan and follow thru all maintenance activities.
Ensure that maintenance of equipment preventative maintenance schedules are prepared and adhered to.
Implement activities for cost savings and better machine and secondary equipment utilization.
Assist with escalations and special projects as needed.
Each employee is responsible for his/her personal performance and how said performance impacts the environment, safety, and data security.
Managers and supervisors are also responsible for the quality of his/her team's performance and how said performance impacts the environment, safety, and data security.
This principle of comprehensive quality management is developed and furthered through training (on the job), continuing/ extended education, as well as continued supply of information and updates, and should be exemplified by supervisors on every level.
Education:
Experience:
Ten years of maintenance knowledge and management in related fields.
Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
Experience with two-shot injection molding preferred.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $43.00 per hour
