Here’s the Gist:

As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring toolsets are performing optimally to maximize yield/throughput and reduce cost. 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Perform calibrations and tool checks and ensure on time completion.
  • Attain 100% certification on all processes in the department and support training efforts with operators and engineers on new tools. 
  • Perform special processing of material as requested by Engineering and/or R&D. 
  • Take on project work supporting the efforts of the departmental engineers. 
  • Handle dispositions of non-conforming material.

  • Self-motivated, positive attitude with strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with coworkers of different backgrounds at every level of the company.
  • Strong attention to detail.  Must have ability to work effectively and take initiative with little continuous direct supervision. 
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • 4-year technical degree OR at least 2 years of experience in a technical role
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs, able climb a latter, able to work with tools, and stand or walk for an extended period of time
