Our client, a manufacturing and production company, is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and will be an excellent team player which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Identifying skill gaps among Quality Assurance Employees
Apply various training methods: One-on-one coaching, workshops, job shadowing and mentoring.
Train employees in their assignments
Conduct onboarding for new temporary Quality Assurance Staff
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training methods
Conduct periodic audits to assess employee progress
Document and communicate performance gaps and errors during audits
Collaborate with team members to suggest new training practices
Observe and enforce safety and housekeeping procedures
May be required to perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed.
What’s Needed?
1 or more years of Experience in training and coaching new employees
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand, to push, pull. lift or carry up to 60lbs occasionally and up to 25lbs frequently.
Ability to stand for long periods according to shift requirements.
Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Proficiency in using intranet, email, Excel, Word, and management information systems (MIS)
Clear communication skills, both orally and in writing. Strong people skills, customer service, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Organizational, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
