Dedicated Home Daily CDL A Truck Driver/Warehouse + Yard Associate

Truck & Trailer Specialties, Inc. is looking for a hardworking, local Class A Driver/Warehouse + Yard Associate with a relentless dedication to safety, quality, and customer service.

• $24-$26 PERHOUR for Class A
• 7AM Start Time

Truck & Trailer Specialties, Inc. services the public works & the trucking industry; our niche is Snow & Ice Equipment. We upfit most counties & cities snowplow trucks across Michigan. 

Job responsibilities

• Deliver our completed truck builds to municipalities
• Haul a trailer with parts and equipment to our customers
• Miscellaneous local driving/deliveries
• Some long-distance hauls to pick up equipment from our vendors
• Help with general maintenance of trucks and trailers
• Forklift operation loading/unloading trailers
• Assist with warehouse and yard organization/management

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

7:00am - 5:00pm 

Some Saturdays as needed

7:00am - 11:00am

Requirements

• Valid Class A
• DOT Medical Card
• Comfortable driving a truck with a gooseneck or flatbed trailer
• Comfortable loading and unloading gooseneck trailer
• Comfortable securing loads
• Comfortable driving plow trucks 
• Safely and efficiently operate shop vehicles, forklifts and 
• Basic Mechanical Knowledge
• Ability to lift heavy boxes/parts
• Ability to verify paperwork & turn in receipts 
• Ability to drive in harsh weather conditions 
• Clean driving record

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
