Position Overview for the Job Title: * Leads medium to high complexity projects, supporting high complexity projects within a program team with Senior Project Manager/Program Manager collaboration. * Responsible for achieving project objectives on time, on budget, and following Mayo Clinic IT methodologies. * Manages projects with up to (USD)1 million budget, may supervise staff from other IT departments, and present project requests to institutional committees. * Supports senior project/program managers in strategic planning, demonstrates Project Focused Culture, advises IT staff on project management, and ensures adherence to budget guidelines.
