Service Technician Needed - Direct Placement!!
Job Description :
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve compressed air issues
Maintain up-to-date information related to compressor technology, on-going focus on sharpening mechanical and diagnostic abilities to ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to learn how to assemble and disassemble compressors; to fully understand repair issues
Understand and abide by safety procedures and policies
Ability to quickly resource information/individuals when needing assistance to complete service calls
Work effectively with customers to ensure call meets/exceeds customer expectations. Willing to go the “extra mile” to exceed customer expectations
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Qualifications:
3+ years' experience of repair or maintenance (automotive, diesel, machinery, etc...)
Experience as field service technician a plus
Experience or training in compressed air mechanics a plus
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure or deadlines
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent communication skills
Skills :
Hydraulics / Pneumatics / Mechanical
Troubleshooting / Repair
HVAC / PMs / Installation (Nice to haves, not required)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $66560.00/yr.
