Role:
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
E 40% Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Trouble shoot
lighting fixtures to repair tomb
stones, ballasts, bulbs, and related equipment. Use a variety of hand
tools and power tools,
voltmeters, to trouble shoot and make repairs. Change batteries in alarm
panels, security fixtures,
emergency lighting etc. Patch and paint wall, ceilings, barriers, drive
up curbs, parking spots etc.
E 15% Provide internal and external courier services, and mail runs for
the credit union.
E 10% Responsible for reconciling, credit card statements with receipts
in chronical order with visa
statement and visa expense form. Keep track of receipts, invoices from
vendors when getting
material and submitting them to supervisor. Help assist in gathering
repair costs.
E 10% Monitors, updates and self generates maintenance log tickets for
required work. Communicates
with Facility Manager, Branch Managers, and Assistant Managers and
coworker when
performing maintenance and repairs to the buildings at each location.
E 10% Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and maintenance materials
used at each location while
performing maintenance and repairs. When performing work you will
maintain tools, equipment,
and company vehicle in a professional manner.
E 5% Maintain building/branch external appearance (i.e., window
cleaning, debris removal and public
access areas)
E 5% Responds to telephone, cell phone and text messages for emergency
assistance in repairs
E 5% Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements:
1. Make repairs on the buildings to ensure minimal disruption to the
building, members, and staff.
Maintain a safe and clean worksite performing maintenance to protect
members and staff.
Keep track of all receipts, invoices and materials when performing
maintenance for each branch in a timely
and most efficient manner.
Maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness.

Complete all training in a timely manner.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education A high school education or GED.

vendors), requiring
