This individual will performinplant duties under minimal supervision, acting as a liaison between INX, INX's customers, and our customer's customers.This role pilots and proofs the cans that will subsequently be produced on a large scale.As a Pilot LineRepresentative, you will be responsible for: Staying updated on the customer's print job schedule and production needs Color-matching Staging work for pilot runs Performing QC on incoming inks Troubleshooting all ink-related printing problems Recordkeeping Inventory managementQualifications To perform your job as expected, you will be required to: Have a one-year certificate from a college or technical school; or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrate exceptional organizational and colormatching skills Exhibit good computer skills Pass color vision test Be able to lift up to 50 lbs Demonstrate excellent customer service skills Effectively communicate with peers and customers Have excellent written, reading comprehension and basic math skills In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have: Previous lab, inplant, warehouse, and customer service skillsAdditional Information We offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, long-term care, 401(k), and more.
