JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Safely provide equipment that is dependable,
repeatable, and available for meeting customer expectations - Constantly
in search for, recommend, and implement repairs or process changes
necessary to continually improve equipment as measured by reduced
downtime, increased mean time between failures and reduced time to
repair - Actively participate as part of the maintenance team in the
efforts to increase runtime of the entire facility - Execute PM,
Proactive, and Predictive maintenance techniques - Breakdown
troubleshooting and corrective action - Work Order execution and root
cause analysis - Equipment installation and improvement - Hazardous
waste management ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - 2
year Electro-Mechanical Technical degree preferred - 5 years of hands-on
maintenance experience preferred - Skills with lubrication technology
and application, basic computer, maintenance techniques, machining,
boiler and steam, hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and
component, electrical, mechanical - May be exposed to moderate noise
intensity - May be exposed to noise, dust, fumes, airborne particles,
smoke (Not over OSHA permissible exposure levels) - Most of the work is
performed inside (non-climate-controlled facility) - Regularly walk,
stand, and use hands to finger, handle or feel - Occasionally sit,
stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear and regularly required
