We are currently seeking an Operator for our day shift (6:00AM 6:00PM)
manufacturing operation to join our facility located in Pine Brook, NJ
which is conveniently located close to Routes 80, 287, and 46. We are
looking for self-motivated, disciplined operators in the following role:
Shift Schedule:
Day Shift 6:00AM to 6:00PM
Work Schedule: Week One - 3 days on/ 4 days off
Week Two - 4 days on/ 3 days off
Manufacturing Operator:
Prepares raw materials, seeds, and hot zone components for crystal
growth. Monitors and adjusts temperature, pressure, power and other
process parameters.
Operates crystal growth, annealing, vacuum and other related
technological equipment.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and directives.
Maintains order and cleanliness in the crystal growth and charge
preparations areas.
Participates in the equipment maintenance programs.
Experience/Requirements:
1-2 years\' experience in relevant technology, laboratory and/or
production environment. Minimum education requires High School Diploma
or equivalent.
Experience with networked PC based computer system. (Microsoft Office
and Outlook)
Must be technically inclined with mechanical skills.
Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures while
offering suggestions for continuous improvement.
Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires that a candidate be a
