Duties and Responsibilities:
Craft precise financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Oversee the general ledger, managing payables, receivables, and payroll operations with finesse.
Uphold strict adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
Administer payroll via ADP, ensuring pinpoint accuracy and promptness.
Leverage BQE software for nuanced project accounting, profitability tracking, and report generation.
Conduct thorough bank reconciliations for flawless financial records.
Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting to pave the way for strategic planning.
Offer analytical support to management, aiding data-driven decisions.
Keep financial records systematically organized for optimum efficiency.
Administer a detailed review of employee expenses for accountability.
Navigate through diverse payroll schedules and respond swiftly to related queries.
Ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with external partners.
Audit and process invoice payments with scrupulous attention to detail.
Innovate and refine accounting processes and policies for peak performance.
Handle client billing and reconcile financial transactions with alacrity.
Generate AR reports and manage collections with tact and diligence.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5-years of professional financial experience
US client experience is a plus.
Experience using the following software:
QuickBooks (required)
ADP (required)
BQE, CORE, Billpay.com (preferred only)
In-depth knowledge of GAAP.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication prowess.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experienced in reconciliations and financial close processes.
Competence in managing fixed assets and preparing journal entries.
Experience in preparing and filing sales and use taxes.
Preparedness for audit procedures and financial statement compilation.
Proven track record with ADP, BQE CORE, QuickBooks, and Billpay.com.
