DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Hourly Wage: \$16.90-\$18.92 (candidates
with significant related experience may be higher) Description: The
Multimedia and Communication Intern is responsible for assisting the
Internal Communication Strategist with coordinating, creating, and
developing videography, photography, and multimedia initiatives to
effectively support team member communication and education. The Intern
applies a creative mindset in achieving business objectives, with an
understanding of the technical aspects of digital photography,
videography, animation, and graphics. They also participate in the
planning, development, and review of organization-wide written
communication. Work Schedule: * Working approximately 30 hours per
week. * Must be able to work onsite at Royal Credit Union Corporate
Center in Eau Claire, WI. Remote work may be available if certain
criteria are met. * This is a limited term, non-benefit eligible,
position that will start May 2024 and end August 2024. Training: Prior
to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend
Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from
9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of
employment. * Foundation Training covers fundamental information about

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Required Education/Experience/Skills: 1.
Enrolled in a University or Technical College program throughout the
length of the internship. 2. Pursuing post-secondary education in
communication, multimedia development, adult learning, or other related
field. 3. Experience with photography, videography, and video
production. 4. Responsible handling and maintenance of photo and video
equipment. 5. Ability to produce accurate, quality materials. 6. Ability
to work in a team environment. 7. Strong computer skills, including
multimedia production software. 8. Ability to establish priorities, work
independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision. 9.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including audience
analysis and interviewing. 10. Strong work ethic. Preferred
Education/Experience/Skills: 1. Experience with photography and video
production software, such as Canva, Filmora Wondershare, and PowToon. 2.
