What you\'ll do at Jamf: The Technical Writer I will work as part of cross-functional Agile delivery teams to create, deliver, and maintain the information that explains how to use our company\'s software products. That information includes, but is not limited to, in-app text, user guides, release notes, knowledge base articles, technical papers, and infographics. *Please include a writing sample or link to view your writing sample with your application* What you will do at Jamf: Build a deep understanding of the Jamf products and their role in making customers successful Build a working understanding of all documentation sets, including their purpose, target audience, and overall content Build a working understanding of processes and procedures used throughout Engineering and Agile delivery teams Work as part of a cross-functional, Agile delivery team to learn and research new features and develop and deliver complete, technically accurate content that meets users\' needs Work in conjunction with peer writers and an information architect to ensure content is usable, findable, and consistent with Jamf style guidelines Learn and use multiple content management systems and solutions to format, compile, and publish content Use Jira to capture and track work Use Confluence to record research findings and other applicable information Collaborate with technical writers on other Agile delivery teams to improve processes and practices related to Agile technical writing Onboard, educate, and mentor new technical writers as needed Continuously grow technical communication skills and knowledge of the company #LIRemote What we are looking for: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a technical writer or communicator in the software industry (Required) Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization; colocated or working remotely (Required) Business level...
