Job Description Responsible for relationship management, sales and account management roles providing cash management services to outside firms. Responsible for prospecting sales with new clients and/or sales of new products to existing clients. This role be located at our Eau Claire or Appleton locations Essential Functions Responsible for sales development, retention of current accounts and servicing client needs Formulates solutions that meet client expectations and needs Performs market exploration and research and guidance to product development. May also provide product evaluation and testing Facilitates or oversees full implementation of new product development for cash management May also be responsible for managing customer service and some operations functions Formulates territory plan and account approach and monitor resources Provides insight and ideas for enhancing client relationships Outbound new business development Manages an existing book of business recurring Treasury Solutions revenue Demonstrate commitment to Bremer\'s risk management approach including compliance with all applicable industry regulations, state and federal regulations, Bremer\'s policies and procedures, and completion of all required training which supports compliance throughout Minimize fraud related losses by maintaining constant awareness and reacting promptly to suspicious activity and deceptive practices; follow established company guidelines for identification and reaction to suspicious activity and fraud Qualifications: Combination of education and experience generally attained through a bachelor degree or equivalent work experience and 5 to 7 years\' experience.
