The calibrator activities and tasks:
Gather tools required to assemble, connect and calibrate
Performing Initial Assembly on Sensor and Electronics
Install and connect the electronics and sensor
Calibrate the sensor and electronics
Calibrate repair sensors and electronics (for Coriolis meters only)
Validate the data on the calibration certificates
Dry sensors
Move the sensor and electronics to the next process
Process transactions and enter quality data in Oracle business system
Visual inspection of finished work
Initiate a non-conformity through e-NC
If necessary support with/during other production processes as per function matrix
Support Manufacturing Engineering
Verify completeness of QAMV and other documents as appropriate
Initiating and participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives

Working only within qualified range
Working according to PMAPS (Process Methods and Process Specifications)
Entering accurate quality data
Evaluating results of calibrations

Performing Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance on the calibration stand
Keeping workplace clean and organized and executing relevant 5S+1 activities
Handling of Non-Conformance (NC) Registration and follow-up
Attending appropriate trainings related to safety, quality and technical ability
Adhering to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Management procedures, as well as the Emerson Ethics policy, with respect to all business activities
Adhering to Emerson’s commitment to Environment, Health & Safety as a core business value: taking an active role in the prevention of waste, pollution, injuries & accidents; consistently following established rules and procedures; using proper equipment; and reporting and correcting incorrect or unsafe acts and conditions.
Job requirements:
Good level of fluency in Dutch and English
VMBO in a relevant technical field (or equivalent)
minimum of 6 months relevant experience required
