Our Residential Treatment Center (RTC) staff in Eden Prairie and our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) staff in Uptown Minneapolis understand the issues the LGBTQIA+ community face, and our mission is to give clients the tools needed for addiction and mental health recovery.

We are currently looking for an experienced, hard-working Maintenance Lead to oversee and organize the physical operations of our RTC facility, to include facility maintenance, basic equipment repair and grounds keeping, while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes and standards of government and regulatory agencies. The Maintenance Lead is also responsible for overseeing proper maintenance of a facility owned house less than 2 miles away in a quiet residential area, and may also be called upon to attend to smaller environmental and/or equipment issues encountered by the staff at our IOP office. Working 40 relatively flexible hours, Monday through Friday, our Maintenance Lead ensures clean, well maintained and fully functioning living environments for Pride clients and work environments for Pride staff.

    Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Trade school degree preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with basic plumbing and electrical systems, heating and air conditioning systems, and general building maintenance.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure goals and time frames are met.

  • Ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters and know when to outsource matters beyond one’s scope.

  • Ability to provide Pride clients with appropriate compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries.

  • Ability to protect and maintain confidential facility, staff and client information.

  • Ability to maintain compliance with all facility annual competencies.

  • Must be able to pass/clear the MN DHS Background Study and pass a UA drug test.
