Design, evaluate and recommend changes to engagement economics such as those related to proposal budgeting and pricing, margin management, billing, risk management, etc. Lead and manage client assessments to understand and define the current state through data, opinions, observations, interviews and facilitated workshops. Identify business drivers and prioritize work efforts quickly across the engagement team to maximize productivity.
